This is without doubt kind one of the better real estate applications because it takes to account design, customization, and information. Users will find detailed information about a listing including the rental space, availability, a photo gallery of high resolution images, videos and more. With this app users can find and modify listings by locations, distance of commute, amenities, price and other variables. For those who plan to use the service a lot users can create an account in order to save favorite listings and do much more.

This is very helpful app for those just move to a new city. You normally find relatively high end apartments. Its a good complement to Craigslist.

This app makes finding a place to rent very easy and using it is effortless.

Wow. This is a great app for finding my next apartment. Plan your commute is the best feature, helps me drill into what will be convenient for my work/life balance. So much better than the other rentals apps that kept feeding me results I didnt want. Never heard of until seeing an ad on Empire. Pretty cool stuff.

Very useful

The listings are not always up to date

The map function is simply a poor design. You have to zoom way out to see even a few options, and the map loses all meaning. Also they list unavailable apartments for the sake of higher numbers. There are much better apps.

This is a pretty handy app. I love that it has the average school ratings in the property description. Its one less thing I need to do when combing through a hundred apartments. I just wish I could filter the search results by school rating.

This is the most accurate app Ive found for renting houses/apartments!

Cant filter by construction date/year, making it too difficult to find brand new constructions. Max rent doesnt work properly. Still showing lots of overpriced rentals. Filters are missing several crucial options, such as smoke free, construction date/year, etc.
